£28.00 per month

This class is covered by a regular payment every month.

Subscription: Fees, Payments & Cancellation – 2026/27

Your child's tuition fee is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments, collected on the 1st of each month.

Payments continue during school holidays as each payment is an instalment towards the overall tuition fee for the teaching year, rather than payment for the classes taking place within that particular month.

Class fees are inclusive of VAT.

An annual membership fee of £12 per child also applies.

Joining During the Year
If your child joins part-way through the teaching year, their fees will be calculated from their start date.
If they begin attending before their first regular monthly instalment is due, a pro-rata/covering payment may be added. We will make the amount clear before payment is taken.

The same applies when an existing dancer adds or changes a class.

Any applicable multi-class/family discounts will be applied to your subscriptions.

Cancelling a Class
We require 30 days' written notice by email to cancel a class.

Your notice period begins when we receive your cancellation email. Any normal monthly instalment due during the 30-day notice period remains payable, and your dancer may continue attending throughout their notice period.
We will confirm your dancer's final class date and any final payment due when we acknowledge your cancellation.

Missed Classes
Monthly instalments reserve your child's place in their class.
Refunds or credits are not normally provided where a dancer misses an individual scheduled class through absence or chooses not to attend.
This does not affect your statutory rights where Dance@Studio21 is unable to provide the contracted service.
